Research and work experience:  
During my Master thesis I worked with Tmed proteins involved in the functional secretion of insulin by the beta cells. I used CRISPR/CAS9 to generate a Knockout cell line and performed cell culture, western-blot,  quantitative real-time PCR, immunohistochemistry and ELISA experiment. Lastly, I investigated mitochondrial respiration using a Seahorse analyser.
